Denise Austin
Workouts

I founded this club for women to come and find the voice that life can sometimes steal from them. Through the fabulous Toastmasters program of public speaking and leadership training, women strengthen their self-esteem in a community of sister Toastmasters.

Check it out!

I've been working out with Denise Austin fooooor ever!!  From stretching with todlers running around to dancing in the livingroom, to stretching with my grandchildren, she remains positive, fun and a good workout.

Positive energy, beautiful videos... its like having your own trainer right in the comfort of your own home.  Give it a try!
